To develop, manage and maintain a Grade 2 cycle and walking trail between Westport and Charleston. To provide unrestricted public access for all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities, fostering the health and wellbeing of users, promoting the local flora and fauna, and educating users on the cultural and economic heritage of the region.
