Greenstone Retreat in Kumara has a variety of healing modalities, therapists and practitioners that help guide and care for people on their healing journey. We support the holistic wellbeing of a person from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual using a range of tools that empower you to heal yourself.

With regular yoga classes and private sessions, sound healing, massage, reiki, osteopathy, mental health support and more you are welcome to discuss what might be best for you.

Most services can be offered on a Koha or donation basis if required.
