The late Frederick Arthur Kitchingham died on 18th April 1964 leaving a share of the residue of his Estate to be held on trust, in perpetuity, to be named the “Greymouth High School Pupils Educational Trust Fund” and from the net annual income to grant scholarships to pupils of the School to assist them to attend a University in New Zealand.
