Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa

Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is about supporting the oranga (holistic wellbeing) of tāngata whaiora and whānau across Aotearoa through a range of health, social and wellbeing services.

We are an Activity and Living Skills service, for those that have had experience of a mental health issue and/or addictions and are 18 years or over.

People will be supported to work towards achieving goals that they have identified as important to them and will have regular face to face contact from a Community Support Worker, in locations of their choice, to help them achieve this.

Throughout your time with the service, you will be fully involved in the assessment and planning process as well as regular reviews of your progress.

There is NO cost for this service, and it is available within the West Coast region, with the main office being based in Greymouth.
