Potikohua Charitable Trust operating as Number Thirty Seven Community House, has been providing drop-in support, self-development and educational programmes since 1993. It began with a vision of wanting to develop holistic programmes for women and their families. The Trust is governed by a board of trustees, all of whom have extensive experience within the community in Mental and Physical Health and Wellbeing. Our services are based on the principles of confidentiality and respect for differences. A foundation aim is to provide an opportunity for those who face barriers to full participation to develop skills and confidence. The facilities at 37 Peel Street, Westport include private gardens, a drop-in support service and comfortable spaces for programmes and activities. We strengthen personal, family and community well being by providing a trustful, nurturing environment in which services meet the holistic needs of individuals and their families.
