Presbyterian Support USI – West Coast – Family Works & Enliven
Description
Parenting through Separation Programme, Family Social Worker, Rise Programme, Supervised Contact, Youth Transition to Adulthood.
Family Works is a Presbyterian Support social service, helping build safer, more resilient, and connected, families/whānau and communities. When tamariki are safe they feel secure and protected. Resilient families have the ability to bounce back from adversity and being connected helps whānau feel supported and included in their communities.
Our services are tailored to meet the needs of each child, young person, parent and whānau, while building on the strengths they already have. Informed by research and evidence, we support people to reach positive solutions.
