1)To establish an entity to receive the transfer of the Pool from the Grey District Council and to hold the Pool for the recreational benefit of the Runanga, Dunollie and Rapahoe communities. 2)To raise and manage funds for the: operation, maintenance, and future development work of the Pool facility. 3)To assist with other recreational and community activities in the Runanga, Dunollie and Rapahoe communities on the West Coast.
