Runanga Village People

Runanga Village People are a group of residents of Runanga, Dunollie and Rapahoe. We meet every second month to create and drive community projects. We run the Runanga Village People Community Facebook page. Our base is Runanga Community House 29 Carroll Street (old council service centre building), from here we run a variety of health and social connection programmes. Runanga Community House is the heart of our village. Cuppa & Cake every Thursday 3pm. Community Food Pantry Saturdays 11am-1pm. Free health clinic fortnightly (see Facebook page for details). Speed Freaks drug recovery group, Alcoholics Anonymous, weekly youth group, t’ai chi, yoga, chairobics fitness, art group, healing group and more. All welcome to meet people and make new friends, volunteer, share information, ideas, and to contribute to keeping our villages vibrant and connected.
