Community Strength & Balance Classes: Sport Canterbury West Coast
Description
Live Stronger for Longer is an ACC initiative to support Community Strength & Balance classes and keep our older adults active. Sport Canterbury delivers this service for the West Coast and works with many local exercise providers that deliver exercise classes to help improve your strength, balance, co-ordination and fitness. These classes come in many different styles, including Tai Chi, Yoga, dance, aqua, circuit, resistance-based and more.
