Takiwā Poutini is a three-year West Coast pilot programme to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for all, particularly focused on Māori, Pacific peoples and people who experience disability.

We started our journey with extensive engagement across Te Tai o Poutini:  providing a roadmap to addressing community and whānau priorities.   Since then we’ve been concentrating on focusing on key priorities for our communities.
