Our aim is to establish and maintain a leadership development programme in NZ for the promotion of excellence in the education training and development of leaders and senior managers of not-for-profit organisations. To identify, coordinate and undertake research on and collect and disseminate information about issues relevant to the education training and development of leaders and senior managers in not for profit organisations. To carry out relevant training and development projects using in particular (but not limited to) the Four Quadrant Leadership material developed by Wilfred Jarvis.
