The Roman Catholic Diocese of Christchurch Diocesan Trust (the “Diocese”) relates to the administration function of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Christchurch, and is controlled by the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Christchurch (the “Corporation Sole”), who is the sole trustee of the Diocesan Trust. The objects of the Trust are the advancement of the charitable, religious, and other objects of purposes of the Diocese.
